主要致力于河流及近海水环境污染物分布特征、典型污染物对水生生物潜在的毒性效应及分子机制、以及生态修复等研究。曾先后主持国家自然基金青年项目、捷克自然基金项目、科技部重点研发计划子任务、山东省自然基金面上项目、中央院所基本科研业务费等多项课题。先后发表学术论文90余篇,其中第一作者(或通讯作者)48篇,参编中英文专著4部,获得授权发明专利3项。

教育工作经历

 

  • 2004年7月毕业于山东师范大学生命科学学院,获学士学位。

  • 2007年7月获华中农业大学水产学院湿地资源与环境专业,获硕士学位。

  • 2007年10月至2011年10月赴捷克南波西米亚大学水产养殖与水资源保护学院从事鱼类精液超低温冷冻保存技术及精子冷冻损伤机制研究,并获得博士学位;曾赴日本筑波大学下田海洋研究中心实验室访问交流(2009年1-4月);在捷克获得由国家留学基金委颁发的2010年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。

  • 2011年11月至2012年11月赴新加坡国立大学生物系从事博士后研究工作,主要运用代谢组学和iTRAQ标记的蛋白质组学研究水体污染物对鱼类影响的分子机制。

  • 2007年7月至2018年4月任职于中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所,2014年晋升副研究员,2015年获第三批“中国水产科学研究院百名科技英才培育计划”人选。
