The Business
When I'm not pounding the pavement (or the trail), running is what I like to talk about, read about, write about and otherwise surround myself with. So, I started a business that let's me do all of that.

RMR has 3 prongs: celebrate, support and serve.

Celebrate: It started with our exclusive Runner Momma 5-hook Marathon Medal Display Rack to sport your race medals. No medals (yet)? No worries! It's awesome for hats, jackets and other gear. Finish your first race? Check out our Runner Momma Single Hook. We also have the cutest-ever runner T-shirts, running skirts, runner metal art and our Runner Momma Necklace. And that's just the beginning. RMR has now expanded into women's running events and retreats! Our favorite so far is our Winery Run & Brunch.

Support: Running buddies are a must. Connect and share with us on Facebook, Twitter and the RMR blog. And of course, come run with us! All paces and distances are welcome. Learn more about our running club in Eugene.

Serve: We foster mom-running-communities because we think exercise, good nutrition, being outdoors and taking care of yourself helps to build strong lives and strong families. We support Lane Coalition for Healthy Active Youth to help prevent childhood obesity in our community. We also have an RMR Aid Station Team that helps with local races as well as a focus group of women who are committed to helping make our business fun, innovative and exciting for women runners. About the Runner Momma Medal Rack

While chatting with some running mommas I discovered none of them had a nice place to hang their marathon medals. Some let their kids play with them, some were stuffed in a box, mine were hanging on a towel rack in the bathroom. What are we thinking? Racing, especially marathoning, is not an easy task. Finding time to train, running in the wee hours before kids get up, being sleep deprived, breast feeding, working, trying to fuel, tending to injuries, being partners, business owners, you name it, we're busy! In the midst of it all we rarely give ourselves a pat on the back, so I decided to create the Runner Momma Medal Rack. Show it, ladies! You're amazing.
