Women's Running Group in Eugene - Come Run with the Mommas

You don't have to be racing, but if you are, don't miss this easy, fun run!
When: Friday, Sept 3rd, 7:00a.m.
Where: Parking lot just north of the Amazon Trail by the Bill McChesney/South HS track.
What: This is a short, easy 3-miler designed to get you jazzed about the upcoming race, release nervous energy, have fun and have coffee after!
Bring: Your buddy, your dog, or your stroller and for sure your sense of humor!
Our Regular Thursday Runs:
More friends, more fun, more runs. That's what I'm after. Come to
our RMR Group Runs. This is a FUN RUN with no pressure and no trainer
or coach. And you don't have to be a momma. We just want you to join us
and have a good time.
WHEN: Thursday mornings at 6:00 am. Show up by 6:00, run at 6:05. That gives us a couple minutes to chat, gulp that last sip of coffee and plan the run.
WHERE: Parking lot just north of the Amazon Trail by the Bill McChesney track.
WHAT: You decide! We'll have two distances/routes planned and you can pick your pace, running buddies and how long you want to run.
WHO: Any runner at any level of fitness, pace, training goals, whatever.
MIX IT UP: Since the track is so handy, college hill is so close and Ridgeline Trail access is just 3 miles up the road, there's an opportunity to do all sorts of runs. More challenging workouts are so much easier when shared with friends, so feel free to throw out suggestions and we'll just go for it.
NEW TO RUNNING? Awesome! We will have all paces, so you're bound to find someone to log your first miles with. Walk breaks encouraged, even recommended. Lot's of tips from fellow runners in a no-pressure environment. |
